Pickup at Cibao Airport (STI)
The airport is about 20 minutes from downtown Santiago. If you give us your flight number when booking, we track your arrival and wait for you even if the flight is delayed. We check the vehicle and fuel together, and you drive straight off.
If you're already in the city, we deliver it to your home, hotel or office in Santiago. We arrange the time on WhatsApp.
Which vehicle suits you
To get around Santiago and the Cibao region, a compact or economy sedan is the practical choice: the lowest daily rate and less fuel.
Heading to the mountains? An SUV is more comfortable. Jarabacoa is about an hour away and Constanza about 2; the roads are paved but winding and steep, and with several people or luggage the extra power and space help.
For groups we have three-row SUVs with 7 seats: one vehicle, one deposit and one registered driver instead of two cars.
Routes from Santiago
Puerto Plata and the north coast are about an hour away on the Carretera Turística. Santo Domingo is about 2 hours on the Autopista Duarte, which has tolls; the vehicle carries a Paso Rápido tag and crossings are added up at the end of the rental.

Do you have minivans in Santiago?
We don't have minivans right now. For groups, our 7-seat options are three-row SUVs; if you need more seats, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I drive up to Constanza in a small car?
The road is paved, so yes. With several people or luggage, the climbs are easier in an SUV. What's not allowed is leaving the pavement: dirt roads are prohibited by the contract.
